As an Investor/Donor of Chateaux du Monde a Foundation dramatically, yet cost-effectively increases their ability to support the fund raising efforts of the charities they support. This is achieved through access to unique and culturally authentic estate properties, and meaningful donor communications support services that combine to result in greater Foundation impact and effectiveness. Foundations become Investors in Chateaux du Monde with exclusive access to estate properties located in the world’s most exclusive and exotic locals. Foundations may use, or allow others to use the estate properties to create unparalleled experiences for individuals and charitable organizations that, in turn, can make access to such events available through auctions, special donations, and to host events for influential donors and other thought leaders. In addition, Foundations can rely on unique and extraordinary educational support, offered by Chateaux du Monde’s The Center for Change & Education, to develop and produce events, summits, and symposia focusing on key issues.

The Foundation has the opportunity to“Give it Twice”: The foundation gives their investment dona- tion to Chateaux du Monde, which leverages the funds for the designated charity/charities. At the dissolution of the partnership, Chateaux du Monde returns the foundation’s initial Investment, which can then be gifted again to the Foundation’s designated charity/charities.

This $5,000,000 was originally conceived of as a donation from the foundation to CDM to have CDM give the foundation’s charities auction lots of one week stays at the Charitable Estates, Our advisors suggested making this an investment in order to not create more compliance and work for a foundation; therefore this is an investment in real estate. A total of twelve (12) Chateaux du Monde culturally authentic estate destinations are planned, beginning with Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany, and expanding over the next five to seven years.

The minimum requirement is access to estates or island grounds of 100 acres or more. Several targeted estates and islands are up to 6,500 acres. Each of the twelve estate properties will have twelve foundation suites available.

Each Investor Foundation shall have 48 suite weeks (7 nights in each week) access each year (12 suites x 4 weeks = 48 suite weeks) for fundraising and/or charitable use. Reservations for all 48 weeks are pre-assigned 18 to 24 months prior to each reserved week. Each of the 48 weeks are divided into a package of 12 suites per week or 4 weeks a year. The reservation protocol is based on a quarterly rotation model with each of the 12 foundations alternating different weeks each quarter of every year. The reservation system is modeled after the“Residence Club”model and uses an alternating priority based system. The first week (12 suites per week) is offered to each Foundation based on the date of their initial acceptance as an Investor. The selected week varies each quarter for 4 quarters each year, moving down the numeric list, and giving each foundation the first position each quarter. The second week of usage is then made available in the reverse order, with the last Foundation’s investment date going first in the selection process, and the order moving up the list each subse- quent quarter. The third usage week is taken from the middle order of the Foundation’s joining dates, and moving down each quarter in alternating fashion.
